i was sold a package at £25 a month for unlimited broadband, only recived 3gb of download instead of 5gb for a whole year, customer services have just told me that theres know difference between the £15 a month package and the £25 a month package, there words not mine, paid ten pounds a month extra for nothing, what a joke, anyone else affected? :mad:
