Is BT being fair?
I have been a happy TalkTalk customer for a while (I know - some really do exist!). I only really use the broadband, so phone plus bb for £19.99 seemed a great deal. But I am moving house this weekend, and have had to get BT to reconnect an existing line. They infomed me that as I am no longer an existing customer my…

New House, What Phone and Broadband?
Moving house this week and thinking about what broadband/phone to go for. I have seen that Tiscali do a £19.99 bundled offer (on this chat room) but I think that it is only for…

Landline/Broadband confusion
I need to get Broadband into my new flat. I don't have a telephone line to the property and I only receive the free TV channels from Sky, so therefore don't pay Sky anything at the moment. I have free Orange calls in the evenings and at weekends so don't really need a landline. The world's my oyster so to speak. What's the…

Uuuh. Virgin Media cable vs Zen adsl?
Trying to decide on ISP before moving at the end of the week - I like the many positive comments about Zen and have no problem 'paying for what I get', so looking hard at them... alternatively VMedia wouldn't require me to get a BT phone that I don't really need, and the VM packages allow lots of possible options around TV…

My daughter has just moved into a rented flat and there is only a Virgin phone line there. If there are, she'd also prefer not to be…
