I have been with Orange right from the start when they were "Freeserve".
At present I am paying £17.99 a month for their 2Mbps service.
Looking at their site I noriced they only had two packages available one at £14.99 per month that seems the same as mine and the other at £19.99 per month offering 8Mbps and all sorts of add ons.
Telephoned and asked them why was I paying £3 more a month for the same product and was told if I wanted to switch to the £14.99 I would need to take out a new 12 month contract. At present I am out of contract with them.
They do not appear to worry about customer loyalty. Any suggestions?
