I read your post and called up Onetel Customer Services (Onetel customers can forget the 0870 number - just dial 0800 957 3013!)
I'm currently paying £29.99 for 2Mb Broadband + 24/7 calls. I pointed out that I could get the same package for £14.99 from another ISP.
The rep immediately told me that he would be happy to maintain my current package for £12.99, no strings attached! :beer:
