I have setup freetalk as per instructions but i'm not getting any internet access. It appears that there is no comunication between freetalk box and my NTL cable modem. I am unable to leave a message when I call freetalk technical helpline. Can anyone help me out?

Madasafish reaaaaaaaaaaaally slow tonight
