OneTel - its a no-no

I thought I would bring to everyone's attention the problems I am currently having with OneTel (part of TalkTalk/Car Phone Warehouse).
First off - this is not a one-off just do a quick Google search for "OneTel complaints" - it may take a while to read lol!
OneTel, whose call centre is somewhere in Asia, were given four weeks notice of our house move, and as I run an online talk radio station, connectivity was essential to avoid us being off-air. They agreed the date of the move and said we would definitely have service.
We arrived at the new house on June 16th and guess what? We had no telephone line - OneTel only thne advised us that it would be connected on June 26th some ten days later!
As if that wasn't bad enough - the broadband would not be connected until July 11th almost a MONTH after we moved.
The total losses in audience and advertisers was estimated at around £5000, OneTel made their final offer some weeks ago of TWO MONTHS FREE RENTAL! (Worth about £60!) They have not even sent a proper apology for their mess-up!
It is now with Ombudsman Otelo, and if we get no satisfaction there, we will be pursuing them to the courts, regardless of the cost - there is a principle at stake here now.
My advice is - steer well clear of this company for broadband
