new broadband/phone connection

Hi all,

A mate needs some advice on broadband. Which provider is the best one on the market at the moment and looking for one preferably without any download limit. At the moment don't have a phone line at his place and will therefore have to get a phone line as well.

Others have signed up to AOL Silver for £9.99 a month unlimited. see the AOL thread. If there is not a BT line already at the property, this now costs £125 for installation.
