Hi Everyone.
We Would Like To Switch From N.t.l. Who Provides Us With Our Phone And Broad Band We Pay An Eatimate Of £32 .oo A Month Does Any One Know Of A Company Cheaper With Our Combination And Do You Know If There Is A Penalty For Switching We Have Been With Them Since April 2006. Thank You.we Are Unable To Join "talk Talk" As We Have Already Run A Check.

not sure about other companies but i think you will be unable to switch as you will be on a 12 month contract especially for broadband anyway0 -

Thanks John,
I too thought we had a contract, set at £24.99 per mnth for 12 mnths.
but when i received my bill this morning they had put up the service charge by a pound. when i phoned them to complain they said that they would remove the extra pound charge, but i would lose my free evening calls.
So it would seem that its ok for them to break the contract when it suits em.0
