Help with catalogue creditor.
One of my creditors is Shop Direct acting for marshal ward, I bought a sofa last year and so far have paid off over half the balance, the balance stands at just under £300 i know i cannot pay this off as it will be favouring a creditor but i was just wondering would they take the sofa back as i own half of it? I have changed over to the LHA scheme so I get more rent paid as my LL increased it. Anyway the whole thought of the rent being paid to me is scarey. Can you only have 1 bank account when BR ? As if thats paid in with my other benefits and DD I will get in a right muddle. I wanted it kept seperate.. any ideas?

Bank account after discharge
Hi can anyone recommend a bank that will give me a decent bank account now I am discharged?? I have a basic bank account with co-op at the mo but I live in bournemouth and the nearest co-op branch is southampton which is a nightmare and I would also like a "normal" account if at all possible.
