Sorry fermi, your cofuseing the enquiry re DLA and preferential treatmant, i made, i think and the conversation we had re the wording of the HP agreemant making it sound as if you would be liable for the shortfall even in BR, around the same time.
If i remember rightly we came to the conclusion as the origanal agreemant was before the BR, it was a pre BR liabilaty, so any shortfall would go into the BR regardless of when after the BR it may happen, or how the agreemant was worded, as they could not word the agreemant to get round the legaslationThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. 0 0

 So we did.
I remembered we had looked into something along those lines anyway.

I would of thought if you continue with the agreement after BR it would not be allowed to go into your BR later as you have continued contract.
It seems a bit naughty to me:)0

It should work the same way as a shortfall from a mortgaged property would, if after BR you gave up the houseThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. 0 0
