Phone contract during BR

:) I have got my landline with BT and want to go on their pay monthly direct debit scheme.

Now if I remember correctly from when I've done this prior to BR they send you a credit agreement which totals approximatley 3 times your monthly DD amount which for me would be around 180 ( 3 x £60 ).

My question is am I allowed to do this whilst BR as I cannot find the relevent bit of BR paperwork regarding credit?

Many Thanks

Swampmonster :)

You can do it, but whether BT will once they credit check you in another matter.
