i have 4500 unsecured debts is this enough to go bankrupt? i also have 22000 secured loan attached to house which is in negative equity(we are moving out) no sale just giving it up! i do get confused alot as i thought you had to have over 15,000 unsecured debt to go bankrupt? any answers appreciated

Do you just print out 3 copies of the online form and take only these to Court ? No other documents, certificates etc. ?
