Hi
Am I correct in assuming that I won't have the nil tax code applied as I went BR 12/03/2010?
Or can they decide to do it in the new tax year, so from April 2010.
There was a form in our pack from the OR??
Ta v much

you are correct you should not get a NTIPA.
The form in the Pack is not about the NT code, just a general disclosure authority between HMRC and the ORHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
As far as I can remember the NT code can only be applied in the tax year that you are declared bankrupt, regardless of how close to the cut off date you are.0
