Nil tax code - BR March 2010

Hi

Am I correct in assuming that I won't have the nil tax code applied as I went BR 12/03/2010?

Or can they decide to do it in the new tax year, so from April 2010.

There was a form in our pack from the OR??

As far as I can remember the NT code can only be applied in the tax year that you are declared bankrupt, regardless of how close to the cut off date you are.
