BR online form, take any other forms ?

Do you just print out 3 copies of the online form and take only these to Court ? No other documents, certificates etc. ?

Just those, plus fees. Plus forms for fee remission if you are entitled, along with recently dated proof. Plus ID (some are asked). Plus change for the coffee machine and a good book or great mate.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Unless you feel comfy in "Big Daddy" leathers and chains; that's probably not going to go down well.................

There was no coffee machine at the court I went to today. I'd deliberately not had a cup at home before I left this morning, thinking I'd probably overdose on the stuff while I was waiting at the court, but no such luck. :(

As a serious caffeine-addict this was far more traumatic than the whole bankruptcy process. By 10am I was shaking with withdrawal symptoms - not nerves! _pale_

Thanks so no need to wear a suit (phew); last time I wore a suit it had flares. Just took a peek in the wardrobe and have jeans, jeans and jeans
