You won't get in trouble, depending on your OR you may find they freeze it and you have to get a PAYG instead.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Did not include mine on my SOA, just paying it out of my surplus.:pB&SC No. 298

you should be fine. On SOA put under landline.

This is especially concerning for me as well - not only do I have my own mobile contract but I have 2 other contracts for my daughters' phones. I pay those directly as part of the maintenance arrangement I have with my ex-wife, rather than paying money directly to her. Is it the case that if I just say I pay £X in maintenance and don't specify that some of this is mobile phone contracts, and also don't include my mobile contract on the SOA that the OR won't care (or enquire)? I don't want to get too far down the line and then find I am being forced to cancel."I got food in my belly
And a license for my telly
And nothin's gonna bring me down"

This is what the Or told my OH: Apparently, since he is now bankrupt, if he didn't pay his phone bill it would fall into the bankruptcy and then the OR would be liable to pay it because the contract was taken out before he was declared bankrupt.0

No as long as you are up to date and not in arrears.:pB&SC No. 298

I agree. I had no problem in keeping my mobile phone contract. I was up to date with payments and my OR was fine.0

Just thought, I am not too sure about new contracts, mine is nearly 2 years old and I can cancel it with 1 months notice, but unsure how you would fare with a new one, also mine is only £13,99 a month anyway.:pB&SC No. 298
