This gives an idea into the way that figures are looked at within a SOA and why somethings are queried and challenged, and others are ignored.

For the record this is something I've just found on google, not insider info that I've found through my sources. Just to cover my own back

I have a copy of that already I think as it was until recently freely available on the MAT website.

So it's not something that they themselves hadn't previously put in the public domain.
