Went br last month and just going through the trying to keep the house process, we owe 71676 and house been valued at 71995, we are really struggling to make up the equity, i know its only a small sum, but i have exhausted all my borrowing avenues off parents etc getting together the br fees, what with the 212 for solicitors fees i just wondered what would the minimum be that the or may accept for the 320 bi that we owe.

£211 is all you should pay. They wont bother for the £300 so don't even entertain them. I'm sure an expert (debtinfo etc) will come along soon and confirm this.0

just a quick question , has anybody any idea how long i will have to save the money for the solictitors fees and the beneficial interest, do i have to pay it all at once or maybe a repayment plan over a couple of months? just excited now that i am finally getting sorted but worried at the same time that after my soa i may not have enough surplus to save the monies needed0

You generally have to pay it all at once, the first amount will be the solictor fees, that will be due pretty soonHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi there
I just checked the letter the RTLU sent me re the BI in our house. It says you have 3 months to pay the fees from the date of the letter. Otherwise they assume that you can not afford or do not want to do it.
Good luck0
