Just to say good luck for tomorrow - I went bankrupt a year ago on 26th - so tomorrow will be our discharge day - cant wait!!
For car - put new price down as thats what the OR will be looking at.
Yes - you get your decision tomorrow re bankruptcy - you will be nervous waiting but believe me after that its a relief and things do get better - even if it does take a while.
Just a thought - but why do you need three mobiles?
Sleep well tonight as you life is going to get better every day0

will my car get taken away as the insurance is so high? the car is only worth 300 and my partner needs it for work.
i have 3 contracts as my partner has one and as one was going to expire i took on a new one suprised i got accepted as my credit is very poor0

At the very least I'd imagine 2 of the mobile contracts will be frozen. The OR may allow you to have one for yourself but your DH will more than likely have to get his own.
You car won't get taken because your insurance is so high but they may well query it and ask you to take out a new one. Impossible to say really it's down to the OR. You need to put the new figure down either way.
I can't see any reason why you wouldn't get the decision tomorrow. Most do.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Dont worry about tomorrow we did last wednesday and I was soo nervous but shouldnt have been really. Clerk was really nice. I was trying not to get sooo stressed and worked up as im 3 months pregnant and have been suffering with high blood pressure because of all the worry over the last two years.
It came as such a relief to me to finally be able to ignore the letters that come through the door and know that now they are not my problem!!! Anyhow I had midwife appointment monday just gone and guess what my blood pressure was completey back to normal :j- guess thats what the relief does!!!
Guess what im saying dont worry - you are not the first and certainly wont be the last. Sleep well tonight and better tomorrow night. xxBSC # 308I should really rename myself mummytothree!!! Child no3 born 14/09/10ED 12/01/110

As above... list everything that you're paying now or in the future. Wave bye-bye to one or maybe even all of the phones (could you drop to PAYG?) and don't worry about losing the car as it's required for work and isn't of sufficent value to interest them.
On the subject of notification... not all courts work the same way, some will give you a decision on the day and some won't. My own court asked me to return the following day after submitting my forms, when i returned i was informed that the judge had granted the application and off i went, it took 30 seconds!
Good luck and try not to worry too much, it's absolutely not as scary as it might seem, by Friday tea-time you'll be wondering what all the fuss was about.0
