Just a few questions as I am really begining to panick now. Can I put my water bill on the BR and my council tax arrears?? Both me and my husband are going BR so can i put my gas and electric bills on it too? We are in a rented property...

yes if you are in arrears you can put these bills into the br. make sure you take meter readings on the day of br0
