Fine for litter that isn’t mine.
I received a fixed penalty notice in the post for littering pizza boxes as they were found next to a bin down the road with my address and the details of the order on them on a sticker. Not my name though. I’m aware people try to get out of this sort of thing but I honestly did not order or receive this pizza. I don’t even…

May I firstly apologise if this has already been covered. I recently paid £89 by debit card to a company to come out and repair a tumble dryer, at the same time they enrolled me into a warranty contract for £8.95 pm. After the engineer had left I received a text to say the parts would be £190 so I cancelled the repair,…

Responsibilities of manufacturer, retailer and credit card company.
I have a problem with HiSense appliance bought in November 2022 with a two year manufacturer's warranty. Without going into the technical details (unless you need me to) can someone please explain when and how I can…

Wedding Venue Refund for Bad Service
I recently got married and I'm unhappy with the service provided by the venue. I've listed all my concerns in an email and they have responded offering me a refund of £750, this equates to 8.7% of the cost. Although some of the poor service on the day are trivial, a major factor is the heating in the ceremony and reception…

Missing phone mount after service
Bit of an odd one perhaps, but not sure if there is anything I can do... I took my bike for a service, which has a phone mount on the handlebars. I collected the bike and took it home, but not until later I realised it was missing the phone mount. Called the service centre who said they checked and it's not there, and that…

Hi I recently moved to Onestream, I wish I had taken the time to check reviews and also understand what I was signing up to. Candy Washing Machine, Candy removed features. Any consumer rights?
Hi folks, Bought a Candy "Candy CSO14103TWCBE" Washing Machine roughly 1 year, 1 month ago from Littlewoods. I bought my daughter a Macbook for Christmas 2021, from Very. In February of this year, it would not turn on. I paid a deposit to Everest Double Glazing a few weeks ago for a contract to replace my existing windows. Since then, they have gone into administration and I am now not sure of my rights. Dodgy decking
Hi everyone, I'm hoping somebody out there may be able to advise on this issue. We had some Regency composite decking fitted in June 2019 (which to be fair has looked great so to call it dodgy might be a bit unfair). Over this winter, several minor cracks have developed into complete splits and more minor cracks have…
