Will currys provide warranty for second hand item?
So I'm considering buying a graphics card on ebay from a private seller. The card is still under manufacturer warranty period and the seller bought it from currys. He has the original invoice as well.
Does anyone know if would I be able to claim warranty from currys if needed if I just provide the invoice to them?

Warranties aren't normally transferable. I'd get the seller to confirm, in writing, that it is transferable. You have no consumer rights with Currys either, so if there's a problem, your rights are against the seller.

Many, perhaps most, computer and component warranties are linked to the serial number rather than the purchaser so are transferable.
HP, Lenovo, Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI, EVGA are just a few that I know about. One or two of those expect the new purchaser to re-register the warranty in their own name, others don't bother.
In addition to any manufacturer's warranties the original purchaser has statutory consumer rights with the original trader, Currys. That's definitely not transferable, so it might be more useful to ask the seller whether in the event of failure they would be willing to claim a repair or refund from Currys on your behalf.
