CURR YRS SUBS RMVD
Hi I had some money removed from my cash isa with the Halifax with this message. From what I can see online they will put it back in to my current account. Firstly how long could that take? Or should I report it as have not been told this was going to happen?

Trading 212 easy access ISA 5.2% APY and 1% cashback. Too good to be true?
Hi all, This sounds just too good to be true and I wonder if I have missed anything or if this is just an account that beats all the other market offers at the moment? I am a bit confused... Trading 212 offers an ISA and offers 1% cashback (not counting towards an ISA allowance). The cashback is paid within 3 business days…

"Best" way to split ISA allowance?
In April I split my allowance into 16k SSISA and 4k LISA. I've just received my LISA 1k Gov Bonus, which I thought would have automatically reinvested into my chosen fund (with Dodl) however it's just gone into the available cash. Maybe that's a foresight issue by myself seeing as if it did go into that I would have then…

Shall I pay a lump sum of 4K into my LISA or 4 x £1000 every three months?
Hi, I have a LISA acconut with AJ bell with an HSBC Global Equlity index I have invested 8K last year and I was luck that the market went up, so my current balance is around 13K with the bonus. I maxed out my S&S LISA ; 4K in March 2023 and 4K in April 2023 because I felt the market was going up. Correct me if I am…

Plum ISA - app statement
I've had money in the Plum ISA for a couple of months and thought I'd check how much interest has been credited. Strangely the transaction list on the app for the ISA does not include the monthly interest credits. I asked on the app help where I could find it. In their response it says "crediting of interest does not show…

Solved
I have opened a BoS ISA in my wife's name, as our savings interest is now approaching being taxable. Given our ages she wants all her banking in one bank, she doesn't want an online only app based account and BoS has a branch in our town and that is where our pensions are paid into. Can I transfer the £19,999 directly (£1…

Help to Buy Isa
Just wondering if anyone has come across this? My granddaughter has a HTB ISA which her dad pays into from his account using a portion of her household Board. Recently a friend has had an issue with accessing their ISA as the deposits came from their parents account. Is this likely to be a problem?

Re-opening help to buy ISA
My property fell through 6 months ago and I am trying to get a purchase failure notification to submit to the bank so I can reopen my help to buy ISA. Have I lost my bonus?
Hi, I fear I have lost a chunk of my house deposit by making a mistake with ISA’s. I have a dormant help to buy ISA with no money in it, opened years ago. This march I opened a lifetime ISA and have been paying in and now have a few thousand in it. I’m now ready to buy a house, offer accepted - but I fear there is now no…

HSBC S&S to Virgin Cash Flexclusive - funds lost in transfer
Back in early April, I submitted a request to Virgin to transfer uninvested funds from HSBC GIC ISA. I have not heard anything for a long time, but around 10th of May I received a letter through the post from Virgin that they are going to chase it. Then a letter arrived from HSBC saying they rejected request because they…

Help to Buy ISA
My Son is buying his first property and was told by his conveyancer to close the HTB ISA so that the funds and bonus will be available for the purchase of his property. He has now been told by the Halifax that because he has done this he has lost the bonus. He closed the account online and should have gone into a branch.…

At the moment I am using my Zopa Cash Flexible ISA @5.08% as my easy access account instead of Santander Easy Access Saver now @4.2%. I used £11,500 of my £20,00 ISA allowance on a Virgin 5.25% 1 Year Fixed Cash ISA so I have £8500 annual ISA allowance left. Is it correct that I can keep adding and withdrawing to my Zopa…

Keeping LISA, SIPP and ISA with the same broker
Does anybody keep all tax sheltered accounts with the same broker to minimise fees? If the broker has a maximum yearly fee, and it is across all accounts, it could make sense for investors who's total holdings are large enough, but separate accounts are not. However, I know the main 3 mentioned here (DODL, AJbell and HL)…
