Although reading more closely, this seems to not apply, as I'd be paying for a service-
"The rules about cancelling future card payments do not apply to card purchases for goods or services, such as in a shop or paying a hotel bill."

Can anyone help?
I have booked to go on holiday with jet2holidays in July. I have paid a deposit and the remainder is due to be withdrawn from my bank next week. I now need to cancel my holiday regardless if flights are back on in July. I wish to do this before the remainder of the money is withdrawn. I have emailed Jet2 holidays several times but have had no response. I appreciate they are really busy but I need the money for over the next few uncertain months. Any advice?0 -
How will the payment from the be taken? (eg Direct Debt)

Call the Credit card company and withdraw consent, they have to do with as long as it is a least the business day before
EG Thursday if the payment due to be taken Friday, Or Friday if the payment due to be taken Monday

The Spanish lockdown started whilst we were in Spain. Our return flight to the UK was cancelled by Jet2 and they told us we had to rebook our flight in order to get home. We did this, at a cost of € 1708 for two people. The plane was not full. Whilst I appreciate it’s difficult times, I feel this is an extortionate amount to be charged and have asked Jet2 for a refund of €1000. I am not getting a positive responsive on this. Any advice please0
