What a load of rubbish T-Mobile retentions are......
I called them again tonight and explained that Virgin Mobile offer 500 Anytime Mins, Unlimited Texts on a 30 day sim only contract for £15 per month and the girl simply said i'll give you the PAC to give to Virgin Mobile?? What on earth is going on??? I thought the retentions department are meant to at least try and keep your business......
Has anyone had any luck with T-mobile retentions?
I also have an account with Vodafone and have found there retentions team to be excellent!0 -

Mrchagle do you work for T-Mobile?
Do you have experience of what I could get based on this tariff? I thought they would have at least offered something!0 -
matrix999 - I'm afraid I don't. But I wouldn't mind the 50% Family & Friends discount (or at least that what it used to be). ;-)
Looking through many a forum, it's always a good idea to perhaps get your PAC code, perhaps they would call you after or at least you need to phone up and try again with a different Call Centre Agent? Worth trying again me thinks....If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0 -
I'm just looking for some more minutes since the other networks are already offering this anyway.... It does seem unusual that they didn't even try and offer any type of discount or price match.
I've sent an e-mail off to them... Prob won't make much difference though!0 -
