I'm on the 30 day, I had been on it 8/9 months, but it wasn't a deal. I think where they set up the unlimited texts on the £15+ plans they do it as a free booster. I was all set to go down to 300 per month when the person on the phone said "As you're on the £20, when you downgrade, you'll keep your unlimited texts".

Didn't even have to ask!

I'm on Solo 15, have been for about a year, happy with the bundle, but do you reckon there's any chance of me getting internet access added for free?

1 month free perhaps but not as long as your contract runs

So with the Solo tariffs, you'll never get a discount and freebie for the duration of the account. Maybe 1-3 months?

I'm on the Solo 20 which includes the free internet - The actual package is perfect but I want to add the Family Booster which is £5 per month. I wonder I'll be offered it free if I went through to retentions? A previous TMOB insider said yes for 3 months.. wonder if I say I'll sign up for 18 months whether they would chuck it in for free? :-)

My OH is on Solo 30. She got a phone call from T-Mobile at no request, and was giving the booster for free.

Huh? Really? Maybe because she was on a higher Solo Tariff.. How long did she have the Solo account?

Hi Folks,

Just been on to T-Mobile Retentions.

I was trying to negotiate a new deal for my brother who has the Solo Fixed 15 price plan.

The advisor said that they have launched a new retention tariff:

Solo 20

600 Anytime Mins
Unlimited Texts
Unlimited Mobile Internet

Its no good for my brother as he couldn't get it on the Solo 20 Fixed.... They only offer it on Solo 20.

Hopefully might be useful to those on the normal Solo 20 £20 price plan.. Grab yourself a £5 per month discount!!!
