  • The android devices like the G1/G2/Pulse use more internet than the normal phones because they tend to be contected to the internet constantly?? So T-Mobile offer more allowance when upgrading to to theser handset.

If you exceed more than your monthly internet allowance T-Mobile will advised you to limit your usuage and if this is not adheared to then usage between 4pm & midnight will be declined. T-Mobile will not charge you for exceeding just limit tht times you can use the internet
  • Is there a freephone number for t mob retentions please?

    Budget £350 - Spent £64.45 to date
  • 150 from your handset is free when on contract, bar Simo only, thats aone off charge of 25p.

dont be so fast to dismiss upgrading in store. All stores now have the same system as retentions do, they can offer just as much, often have far more knowledge on each phone and tariff combination and will demo handsets happily.

best g2 touch deal, £25pm, 24mth, 300 mins, unlimited text, unlimited web.

best htc hero deal depends on how many minutes u need. but as cheap as £20 pm 24month, 100 mins, unlimited texts and web :)

One of charge of 25p if you speak to an agent.

Remeber if you upgrade in store you waive the right to return the phone within 7 days if your not happy with it which is part of the DSR when upgrading over the phone.

    Hi All,

Does anyone know if T-Mobile offer any deals when you opt to leave / terminate your T-Mobile Solo (SIM ONLY) pay monthly account?

    Thanks
If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)
  • Yes - go through the correct channels - 150/option5/option3 - they will offer £5 off for 3 months // the choice of unlimited T-Mobile calls // Unlimited Landline Calls // Or allow you to add whats called the family booster which allows unlimited calls, text & picture messages to 4 people you know with a t-mobile number ( pay as you go/ contract )

If you're on Solo 20 or above (and possibly 15) with the unlimited texts booster, you can downgrade to Solo 10 and keep the unlimited texts (or that's what happened to me).

I know it's not quite answering the question, but it could be useful

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

    Thanks.

I'm paying the £20 Solo. But I have to admit, I would like the Family Booster. Quite happy paying £20 per month.

So looks like if I try and leave, hopefully they will offer the Family Booster - But only for 3 months?
If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)

Are you on the 30 day plan? How long did have the plan for before getting the deal?
