With the net it's not bad. Take it and wait for a better offer as it's only a 30 day contract.

Thanks I think I'll do that - see if the O2 offer comes up again. Had a look round and nothing else is quite as cheap - as long as I stick within my minutes!!

I done some research, my recommendation is to get yout phone unlocked and go for the online 12 month O2 simplicity sim for £20
you get 800 mins. 1600 texts and choose the web bolt on for UNLIMITED & UNCAPPED internet usage, I find it absolutely useless that other companies advertise unlimited usage, but have a CAPPED amount e.g Tmobile 1GB, Vodafone 500MB

    EDIT

If you dont need the minutes or texts then go for the 1 month version of the above deal for the same price which gives 600 mins 1200 txts and web bolt on

Stupid question time. My contract is up on 6th October. Customer services saying 6th September is first time they will talk about offers. Am I required to give them notice that I will be off on the 6th October or can I just phone for PAC when needed. I am looking for a HTC Hero (or Tmobile badged equivilant). Currently paying £30 monthly. Have found free phone, Combi 25with web and walk for £29.46, 18 month contract with tmobile or Orange Dolphin 40 with 500mb data for £30 with free phone, 9 months half price, 24 month contract.

you will need to give 30 days notice or contract will roll on

TMobile do not have a good rep for offering good deals on retentions

remember that you cannot port your number to another Tmobile contract

There are better deals out there if you don't mind a cashback deal have a look at buymobilephones.net

Its funny really because T-Mobile will have to pay more overall in taking you on again as a customer by paying commission to the 3rd party retailer.

I would highlight this to their customer services department and see if they offer you it. cust.rel@t-mobile.co.uk. Mention your account details, the phone you want and tariff. Then mention the competitor deal for the phone on T-Mobile. Ask them to explain why you need to go to a 3rd party to get the phone you want on T-Mobile, rather than direct which is saving both you the hassle and T-Mobile high commission charges.

Let us know how you get on.

    Me again,

Sorry to be a pain in the backside, but that's what I'm good at! :)

How would you personally go about writing that e-mail?

I've seen a few people's drafted e-mails to companies etc and I would probably fall into the category of "Annoying Customer With Too Many Questions That Are Stupid!" :)

I would like to write something constructive yet annoyed at their offers and words but I also don't want to come across as annoying or a know it all (when I know next to nothing!).

I understand they will have commission charges but the CSA won't care nor probably know how much so won't be able to comment!

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you!

Regarding n97 - the reason its been taken off Orange's website is due to the vast amount of faulty returns they've had :/

  • T Mobile also do the £20 one for 600 minutes, unlimited texts and internet ... the fair use policy is 1GB BUT you don't get charged for going over the 1GB limit whereas you do with other networks.

Also, I'm pretty sure O2 have a FUP on their internet on their handsets :s

Strictly speaking its because it failed testing no less than 4 times, thus Nokia got !!!!ed off and upped the cost price of the N86 and we stopped selling that as well.
