ask if you can get something better, otherwise shop around. You may find a better deal elsewhere. Without a great loyalty discount you are free to get a new customer deal with any network.0

They offered me flext 35 f(900 mins) £35 plus Blackberry email included
blackberry curve how does this sound. I said to them issue my pac code and they come up with this deal.0 -
Hi guys,
Thought i would tell you about my current contract with tmobile.
I have a £21 discount on flext35, which means i pay something like 13.26 line rental for the past 18 months.
My contract runs out in july this year. I've spoken to t-mobile and i think they may be hesitating on giving me anymore discounts but one guy in tmobile shop in london told me i could renegioate to £8 a month for 18 months without a phone.
If i were to get a phone then they said my line rental would go up (possibly).
So hopefully next month i can renew my contract and pay £8 a month without an upgrade.0 -

in the last 3 months what have you paid per month, have you paid for any calls outside your allowance? If you haven't and you have just been paying £35 a month, then the free blackberry email (saving £60/year) is probably alright.
You could always wait a week and see if there are any better deals.0 -

Hi
My wife is now due an upgrade on a old o2o tariff, the one with free evening (after 7pm) and free weekend calls, meaning unlimited minutes for only £17.50 in that time. Last year she got a N95 for free but when she rang today the best they could offer her was a Nokia 6600s, 1860 or 3600 for free. She loves her Nokia's and asked about the N96 but they said she would need to change her tariff to £35/month and pay around £200 for the handset but obviously won't get the same minutes with the new tariff.
I have heard that T-mobile would luv to see these tariffs get cancelled but my wife won't play into there hands? any advice?
she won't threaten them with cancellation has that's probably what they want.

Hi
Im with T Mobile and currently in the process of upgrading. I want the Samsung Tocco F480, 700 mins, unlimited texts and web and walk, they are offering it for £30 a month inc vat on their website to new customers. I called them today and asked for it cheaper at £25 as Im an existing customer, they said no
Am I wrong to ask for this? does anyone know how to get a good deal, I just want to feel like I have got something better than just any new customer gets.
Many thanks0 -
I am in the US.
My username is somewhat misleading because I am still a sprint customer however my best friend is with Tmobile. His contract expired and he asked me for help on deals when signing up for a new contract. Even though I am not a Tmobile customer, the reason he asked for my help is because he knows that I got a very good deal from Sprint when my contract expired with them.
When I signed up for a new contract with Sprint, I was not only given their top phone for free, but I was also given 400 free text messages a month, free 300 minutes per month, 15% off my monthly bill, 10 dollars off the internet plan, and some other free and good incentives that I cannot remember right now. I told sprint that I will be leaving unless they really hook me up and make me very satisfied. And they did.
Now my question is, what can my friend get when starting a new contract with tmobile? He has been a customer with tmobile for 3-4 years and always payed his bill on time. He wants to sign up for the 50 dollars a month unlimited loyalty plan but what can he get along with that? He wants the Samsung Memoir; if he talks with tmobile properly(and even tells them that he will leave unless he gets what he wants), is it possible for him to get the phone for free? Should he ask for unlimited text? Discount off internet service? A free first month? Percentage off his monthly bill(and if so, how much % off? He also wants to change his number so should he demand that they change it for free?
Please also advise me with any other things he should ask for?
Thank you guys so much in advance.0
