That's a good deal you've got there. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever seen, because it isn't. But it is very decent all the same, and I'd certainly be happy with it.

    Well done :)

Hi Guys, not very good at negotiating discounts etc so making sure I have all the things in place before I phone them:

Have been with T-mobile for a few years, so have an old tarrif (Everyone Off-Peak 750). Want to change so that I get free calls during the day (mainly use it for texts tbh). I am also pretty sure that I want a Sony Ericson C-905 for the camera - probably on a Combi 25 or Combi 30.

    Do do I:
    i) Get together all the quotes from the main sites
ii) Wait until my current contract as about to expire (around 23 May, I think)
iii) Phone them up and say "Hi, I am up for a new contract, this is the phone and tariff I want, what can you offer?"
iv) If they say they can't beat any of the other offers, ask for my PAC and go.

Finally, if I get my PAC do I have to change providers to keep my number IE if I get a phone thru phones4u on t-mobile, will they port my number?

    Thanks in advance

No, is that a retention deal or just a plain offer? I can get that as a new customer.
