We had retentions telling us new year.. then in the new year, everyone says the 5th, then customers come in the 5th, no luck, then get a store update saying the 6th... then they don't open until the 7th o.o T-mob messed it up for us this year, just glad i'm not in my old busy store and training instead, was a mess.

I've also recieved 2 text messages saying if I have anyone on friends and family to get them to call back on the 19th. Also being told the Vario IV will be in store "sometime before the end of feb" *sigh* Blackberry bold mess all over again I think!

On a side note for T-mob staff - danceoff anyone?

As there are a few ppl who work for tmobile here , i thought this would be a good place to ask. I am on friends and family 50% discount. I want to start a 2nd contract, G1 on flext30 tariff and also take up their laptop 24month mobile broadband for 25 a month offer. Do anyone know if i will be able to get it under the same account and get 50% off both plans? I been meaning to go in store to ask but had an accident and cant leave house. You think i can purchase it over the phone with customer services?

dont think you can although there is nothing your friend giving you another discount. There is only so many he/she can give out a year though.
