  • I totally agree, and we're all saying the same thing at work as well. I know they were trying to meet targets but I think they've lost alot of trust and patience with alot of people and it's their own doing for not budgeting correctly.

    I Didint take the bonus
    when i go to t-mobile account it says they have no deals to offer at the moment
  • If your due an upgrade it should do. I haven't done it before but I'm not due until november. If it's not working online unfortunatly it means you may need to speak to CS. I'd call them first thing tomorrow morning. department opens at 8.30am so get through to CS bout 5mins before so you can get through asap. Gets really busy really quick the now.

    Pain in the !!! is we have to call up loyalty in stores as well as the systems still showing no upgrades, which takes us ages to set up, once they can set it so we don't need to call to see upgrade offers, it'll free the lines up a lot.

  • I tried to find out when they are going instore so I can remove the discount, so they can upgrade. Its just not everyone seems to do it.

    I was advised by customer service to go into the local TM shop to upgrade as retentions is obviously experiencing high volume calls. Shop sorted out my upgrade with no problems.

    Tonight i called Upgrade dept..and after 1hr 15mins hold..the line disconnected.... I then again call them..but this time not the upgrade dept..switched to leaving dept..and within 10 mins i found a lady..and £10 discount on my existing tariff....u guys can try the leaving dept instead of upgrade dept...

  • my husbands been on his contract phone for 18months well 22months actually welost track of time and we were not informed that his contracts up.
    Ichecked the website and there were no upgrades avalable so i told him too ring up.
    He rang up and asked if he is entitled to anything upgrades on phone extra minutes or just some money off his bill, they were very rude and stated that his not entitled to anyhing.
    I told him too cancel his contract and ill tke one out in my name free phone cheaper line rental its just unbeleivable they treat the older customers less than the newer ones.
    If another worked as good as t mobile in this area id change over because this is just disgusting.

    Sorry my little whinge over lol!
