Phoned today for my PAC code. I was on Flext20 for with £15 discount. Offered £5 discount, without a new phone, which is worse than Solo 15. They said they could not offer me a discount on a 30 day contract and no network did. I told her that I had that with O2. She went away and came back without a good offer, so I finally got my PAC code.

I felt so messed around by them always saying phone back later for a good deal that I could not be bothered to wait. There are better deals out there for less.

They say loyalty counts and then offer worse deals than they offer for 30 day contracts. Madness.

I just called them and they told me a I have a large discount but was then told because I have a 50% discount I could only get a u900 or equivalent for free. I said I wanted the omnia but was quoted £195! I was then told I could have the tocco for £50, not sure what to do really. I have a flext 35(12 months)
  • T-Mobile phoned me this morning to say I could have the Vario IV (Touch Pro) for free on an 18 month Combi 30 contract, or £145 on the equivalent 12 month.

I took a pre owned tocco for £28, will sell my current phone for £47 so not that bad really. The lady was really nice, she also told me the new discounts started today so might be worth giving them a call.
  • I'm quite happy, they've allowed me to change plan mid way through contract, and allow me my £10.00 loyalty discount, gave me the online new customers deal on combi 30, but get for £20.00 per month. 700 minutes and unlimited texts. Got to say thanks to extremely helpful guy there.

My partners t mobile contract just ran out, and he phoned them yesterday and they've given him the combi 30 and a samsung omnia for £30 a month.

I thought this was a good deal at the time and told him to go for it, (the t mobile man said this was £15 per month cheaper). I've just opened tv quick and there's a T mobile advert for the same deal, some different phones are advertised but the same price for the combi 30!

Do you think he's been had?

Did they say when it's available? Waiting for that handset myself!
