  • I hate when CS agents are rude, it makes me sick. I try to give service like i'd like to receive back. But I've heard how some people are spoken to by agents and I don't think they should be in that job if they don't like it.

Unfortunatly I don't know what the retention offers available as I don't work with upgrades, I just know that they've changed alot of it and some deals aren't as good as they used to be etc. But thats business I suppose, just rubbish when your on the other end of it.

I had a text about that myself. Partner has a permanant friend and family line he's cancelling due to them not giving him anything, so will call on the 19th and do another check on hat he might be able to get - don't want to cancel the line but its only used for the upgrades (we had £180 discount last year!)

Well I have been offered an LG Renoir for £30 up front and then £15/month on combi 15. 6 months free internet browsing. My partner got an N95 for £15/mth again with 6 mths browsing.

I could have got a G1 for the same £30 up front and then £20 including internet. But there's no 3G here, so the helpful Stewart T-mobile guy suggested that might not be that useful.

    What do you think?

N95 was the only one my partner was offered, but it still hasn't arrived as they're out of stock seemingly...

**EDIT** He just phoned them and I think they weren't getting more in, so he switched to a G1 for £20/mth - with £30 cash up front I think. Good deal, though...

  • spoke with retentions last night who adv me that because i have the friends and family discount i would have to pay £200 for the G1. I wouldnt mind but they were giving it away free last month to anyone on this price plan, and now they are trying to get the money back. looks like they will be losing another customer. Was thinking of leaving anyway as the customer service is disgusting now they have moved it abroad.

Try another time - the staff seem to offer different things! I had got the 6 month £10 off thing from my Flext deal before Xmas, and they were happy to change me onto combi15. And my partner is like me - low usage yet they gave him the G1 for £30 , then £20/mth.
    Can't you change tariff?
