I was getting
600mins
500 text
3gb Internet
+ Free Booster for £13.22 ex vat plus a £6.25 line discount
I was happy to stay on this contract but when I called to continue the operator said Ofcom says you cannot be on contracts longer than 2 years so could not continue the offer which I have had rolling for the last 2 years.
So i decided to get my PAC code. Was he telling me porkies or was he just misinformed?0 -
I was on 600 minutes 500 text unlimited internet and a extra booster i chose unlimited t mobile calls, for £5 a month (£10 discount.)
Rang up today to renew was after same deal and the lady said no and would only do it for £8.66.
PAC code requested will wait a week for call backs but if not bye t mobile. Cant believe I have been with them for over 7 years and they didn't seem to care.0 -

£8.66 was what I was paying - it's a good price. Paying £5 for that is an exceptional price.
I would gladly accept paying £8.66.0 -
T-Mobile don't seem very interested. No call in two weeks now.0

Yep i was on similar 600 mins, 500 text, web'n'walk+ and 1 free booster, called up for PAC even said i'd be willing to stay on same contract, no can do apparently....
Bloke said i should just remove the web and walk plus and use the unlimited internet as my booster as there was no difference in speeds! Not sure about that and T-mobile wont seem to confirm it in writing.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
I was told you could only renew a contract twice before you have to change. I assume this is to avoid having customers on old t&cs for to long.0

How did you manage to do that?
How long have you been with Tmobile?
i been with them 3 years i rang up and cancelled then rang back the following day said i wanted a pac code and the lady said why told her the bloke i spoke to the day before couldnt re apply the discount but she done it so who knows0 -
just got my 3 sim only deals renewed for another 12 month's
to be honest was panicking a bit, after reading several posts about not being able to renew after 2 years etc
after a bit of twoing and frowing with one of my sim only deals
I got put through to Cancellations (probably retentions) from speaking to somone in an Indian call centre, looks like I got put through to UK cancellations (retentions)
anyway I asked if he could renew all three on current rates etc
No problem, yes I can do that for you
2 x
300 mins
300 texts
1 x booster
for £5 each
1 x
500 mins
600 texts
1 x booster
for £10
result, back of the net :j:j0
