How much minutes/data/texts did you get?0
-
600 minutes, 500 text (unlimited if I want to use the included booster for text) 1.5GB data and free access to BT Openzone (3GB limit I think). Current booster is 60 minutes international calls.
I was offered this, but with an S2 - will follow up, was this an 18 month rather than 24?
If they don't budge which is best, an S2, HTC Desire or HTC One?"This is a forum - not a support group. We do not "owe" anyone unconditional acceptance of their opinions."0 -

24 months.
If the HTC is the One X, its the best. If it's the One S I might be tempted to say the SGS2 (but it is very close IMO), the Desire is 3rd.====0 -
Anyone recently been called by retentions? How many days after you requested your pac was the called received?
Was originally planning to leave and take up Ovivo Mobile offer and buy a phone offline but that has now changed as deal no longer available so seems like back to pay monthly
Gonna try getting £10 per month one for S20 -
Suppose it really does depend on who you speak to and how well you have conducted your account over the years. Even one late payment can impact on upgrade offers.
I just got a Galaxy S3 from T-Mobile for £19 on an £18 a month line rental package. I was also about 5 months over my upgrade date which might have made a difference as well.
Direct debit, perfect payment history
5* credit rating LOL
Not my first contract
Big bills in last 6 months due to foreign travel
Its now just under 2 weeks and no call back
Guessing that they wont bother now........0 -
Anyone had any decent offers recently?
My T Mob account says I can upgrade from 25th of this month but thinking of giving them a call early.
Currently offering Samsung S3 16GB for £33 a month on Full Monty Plan
£29.99 for the phone
Dial-a-Phone offering it for £28.50 a month with 600 minutes, unlimited text, 1gb Internet and no upfront fee for the phone.
Thats on Orange so hoping to use the 'Orange Wednesday' offer as a way of getting T Mob to lower their price.
Not sure I could get any more than £5 out of them anyway.0 -
Don't bother calling them early, wait until you're in the last 30 days of your minimum term if you want to get the best deal.
Mentioning Orange Wednesdays and what Orange can offer to them won't make a difference to what T-Mobile will offer you, they're owned by the same company so you leaving to go to Orange doesn't really matter to them.0 -

Prob wont get offered anything decent early or even once you're within 30 days. Im within my 30 days and being offered deals similar to new customers. Got offered Samsung Galaxy S2 for £26 per month. That says it all.
Also if you try and leave early they will charge you an early termination fee.
Requested PAC Wed. Awaiting retentions call but I doubt Il get a call back. If I find a decent deal elsewhere im leaving.0 -

Yes, the dreaded TMobile PAC fee
I was quoted just over £20 plus VAT a couple of weeks ago when I asked for my PAC to coincide with my contract ending
On asking how they justified this charge they said that there had been a mistake and dropped it!
Genuine mistake or scam?
I dont know but theres a lot of information on this site alone
And dont wait for retentions to call back
2 weeks here and no call yet
Upgrades offered over the phone worse than the deals I could get walking into a high street branch of CW
Good luck0
