In that case, you can have it on T-Mobile for £21.42 per month.
You will have to port your number to another network and then back in to get this deal or simply sign up as new customer with a new number.
Thanks - Il keep this mind when dealing with retentions.0 -
I'd quote that Three offer to retentions even though you've got no intention of signing up with Three, they're more likely to try and beat it.
If you quote them the T-Mobile offer they'll just say 'we can't match 3rd party retailers' and not bother to offer anything better as they know you're going to end up with them anyway.0 -
Quick question
Im about to phone TMobile to ask for a PAC then see what retentions offer
When they call back to make me an offer how long do I have to accept it?
Is it pressure to decide on the spot or do I have a few weeks?
Im asking as Quidco have had better cashbacks towards the end of the month recently which may be a factor for me
Many thanks0 -
You would have to accept or reject it there and then.0

TMobile dont love me any more
Ive been a customer for a few years and was eligible for an upgrade this week
Their website offered absolutely nothing of note so I phoned up asking what they could do with a Samsung Galaxy S3 - I was subsequently offered a stock deal from their website which really wasnt anything special and in fact was poorer than those available to new subscribers
I then explained my interest in the new iphone whos release is coming in a few weeks and mentioned I was prepared to go PAYG until the autumn - this prompted another offer of a £20pm SIM giving the same deal as one from Giffgaff at £10 but with a 12 month tie in!!!!!!!!!!!
Understandably I politely declined this too and asked for my PAC which would cost me over £20, this charge was then dropped when I queried it thanks to this site but without a satisfactory explanation as to where it came from
Ive been waiting from a call back from retentions for a couple of days but no joy yet
Im seriously tempted to wait for the iphone but would have taken the S3 at a decent price, but as they wouldnt even match that advertised by the CW with a good Quidco cashback on top Im happy to go PAYG with Giffgaff and wait
Best of luck everyone
PS I am on a contract but due to travel have spent double my usual monthly amount for 4 of the last 6 months so had imagined Id racked up some points on their system for upgrades0 -
Havent gone as far as trying to leave but been offered below

Samsung S3 £220
HTC one S £140
Samsung S2 £110
Galaxy Ace 2 - Free
Love the look of the S3 but seems big and delicate and im not a huge phone user but would like to use internet more out and about.
Galaxy Ace 2 seems pretty good reviews

Thanks0 -
Samsung Galaxy S2 here for £13.12 per month with 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 750MB internet.
HTC One S on T-Mobile with 300 mins, unlimited texts and 250MB internet here for £15 per month on T-Mobile.
Galaxy Ace 2 here with 100 minutes, 500 texts and 250MB internet also on T-Mobile for £6.83 per month on an 18 month contract.
Nokia Lumia 710 here on the same 18 month contract as the Galaxy Ace 2.
Since you're not a huge phone user, the Lumia 710 or the Galaxy Ace would make the most sense, no point paying out more money for something like the One S or S2 to get the same amount of minutes or extra minutes you won't use.
To get those deals above, you will have to sign up as a new customer which will mean getting a new number or porting your number to another network and then back onto T-Mobile again.0 -
Thanks for the reply, to be honest im not really into the hassle of these redemption sites, any suggestions wihtout those ?0

Lumia 710 on T-Mobile, 18 month contract, £20.50 per month plus £120 automatic cashback, so £13.83 per month all in.
HTC One S on Orange, £20.50 per month, 24 month contract with £25 automatic cashback, £19.46 with the cashback included.0
