Hi, I have 2 lines with T-Mobile, 1 of which ends soon. The website states " you can renew your plan on 7th may 2012". Does this mean I can phone them from that date or can I do it now?

Your contract probably ends on the 7th July, so the 7th May is the soonest you can upgrade.

I think this contract is ending on 7th June hence may the 7th is the earliest they could call for a deal.
Tmobile offers only one month advance upgrades.

My renewal is due now. I want the HTC one x. I am on flex 35 plan. T mobile said we can give you the handset free but you will loose your loyalty discount and pay £29.79 per month plus vat. Same plan and 18 months contact.

I was wondering shall I stay on the same plan or change the tarrif?

What color handset shall I get?

    Hello all.

Hope you can give me some advice.

If you have re-negotiated a contract as a retention deal, but haven't received what was agreed upon, do you have any recourse? Assuming you requested the deal in writing but didn't receive this.

one of my Tmobile line's up for renewal right now pay £7.5 a month for 100/100 min/texts plus unlim landline calls and 3GB FUP internet.

I was not offered anything other than what found on website. Asked for PAC and issued one rightaway. I want to wait until this weekend to see if tmob tries to pursuade to me stay. otherwise i will get a cashback deal on tmobile through BMP.

Are you after a new phone upgrade???

If the current deals suits you then just let it roll on...
you don't have so sign a new contract....
you current contract at the end of its term then defaults to
a month by month rolling contract

My contract was due for a renewal on Sunday. When I went on the website the upgrade option offered me a whole host of crappy phones free of charge but I had my heart set on the samsung galaxy ace. I was quoted 49.99 to upgrade to that. The upgrade chat window popped up and the assistant eventually offered it to me for £20. After a lot of chatting and me trying to squeeze more out of them I managed to get the galaxy ace free of charge with added 500MB internet on top of my 100 min and unlimited texts for the £10 a month I was already paying. The phone arrived yesterday and I am one very happy bunny :D

Hi, yes I did, I thought it was a good deal without the reliance on cashback.

Yeh it's a pretty cheap offer. What do you think of the phone? I'm looking to get one as an upgrade next month.
