You have not mentioned the duration of the contracts in either case. Can you do this please? I'm curious as a new Moto costs about £250. If it is a 24 month, then it only works out to £228 which is good, I guess. I'm not a Moto fan.Living off £450 per month is easy...! If you aren't single! :j0 -

They are both 24 month contracts...
Her new phone arrived today. It looks pretty good, camera is excellent, very easy to use...
I don't think I could have got any better deal than this!0 -
Was on the the phone to T-Mobile earlier as my contract runs out at the end of the month.
They offered me 300 mins, 5000 texts and 250mb internet for £7.50 over 12 months. Sounds good, but I'm currently on 300 mins, unlimited texts and 1Gb internet and I'm always going over the 1Gb so 250Mb will last me about a week! Even to get 1.5Gb internet (which isn't enough) they wanted £25/month.
Told them about Three's £15 30 day sim-only (300 mins, 2000 texts, AYCE data) and they didn't attempt to match it, even on a 12 month contract.
It's a shame really, as I would have signed up if they could have come close to Three's offer, even over 12 months. Even got a call back from their 'high value team' and they made no effort to try and keep me on, so I gave my 30 days notice, got my PAC and I'll be going to Three at the end of the month.0 -
Yes I have a sim only deal too as I'm very happy with my iPhone, so I'm hoping they might call me before the end of the notice period to offer me this deal as well.
T-Mobile have not called to try and keep me as a customer, and nor can I get through to them to give them the opportunity to do so - no doubt they're really busy with all the people ringing up to complain about the price hike! If they had offered me a £5 a month deal I would have taken this, but too late - we have now PAC'd out to Orange on their £7 a month sim only deal, which will save my partner and I £3.58 a month each.0 -
Orange are now owned by the same company so you havent really crossed over to the competition.
Orange are equally sneaky in their rip off tricks, I dont trust either of them at the moment!0 -
So what do you get forn that £7 ?
And how much included Data?0 -

Just spoke to T-mobile retentions and had an offer which I wanted to think about. The lad on the line told me that if I took my PAC code I would immediately lose my loyalty bonus although he admitted I might still get a deal if I rang up again. I left the PAC code for now as my contract expires end of April. But is it right that I would have lost my customer loyalty bonus if I had taken my PAC there and then?0
