You must have at least £7-10 pounds of loyalty then. They quoted me £30!0

Hi,
Has anyone tried to get the Iphone 3gs for £15 a month but for more mins or txs? the deal on the website is £15 a month, 50 mins, 50 tx and a booster but 50 tx is no way near enough for me. would i have any chance of them keeping the tarriff the same but adding more tx and mins?
Right now im on a £15 a month tarriff with 300 mins, 300 tx and booster and internet. Any help please? Ive been with them for over 5+ years. Thanks0 -

Called (upgrades) to ask about HTC Sensation XE as the website says coming soon. Was told they have the phone in stock in some stores and for people calling up. Not all price plans are published yet but was told as an existing customer I can get the phone for free on £35 pm 18 months deal. The plan is an allowance to be used up by either calls, VM, picture messages & texts, as opposed to a fixed number of minutes & texts, if that makes sense. Unlimited browsing & 500GB download limit.
This seems not a bad deal, although not as good value as the 12 month deals I've seen on the uswitch site. Which are using Vodafone via Dialaphone or phones4u.
The way I look at it, I'm going to be paying £35 per month either way, just slightly more over the life of the contract but no having to switch network and deal with Voadfone who appear to be a nightmare for a lot of people on these forums. I've not had any problems with t-mobile.0 -
ask for your PAC code (you don't have to use it if you change your mind) and see if you get a better deal.0

just got samsung galaxy s2 for £15 per month 24 month contract and £90 for the phone, 100 mins, 100 txts, unlimited internet and a flexible booster ! Total over 2 years £450 not bad as the best deals out there are 21.50 a month and £20 for the phone total 536 and maybe a bit of cashback too. At least i don't have all the hassle of swithing and ive been very happy with t-mobile.3.64KW system, aurora power one inverter, South west facing with no shading in Lancashire.0

Asked for my PAC code yesterday, guy was very helpful and agreed the 12 month Sensation XE deal was a good one. Said they could do a 12 month contract but the handset would be more like £150, so I would be no better off.
I'll wait and see if I get a call from retentions, as the previous post mentions I'm happy with T-Mobile and would prefer not to have the hassle of switching but, I would like a lower monthly cost than they are currently offering.0 -
Quick update...after receiving no call from retentions I called T-Mobile today to see if there were any better offers now the Sensation XE was officially on sale on the website. Guy on the phone told me that from December 1st 'premium handsets' don't have to be offered with the more expensive contracts. I accepted free handset on 18 month contract for £30 per month with same minutes, texts etc. Compared to other deals I've seen from P4U etc this is a good deal. Roll on Tuesday when the new phone arrives!0

They offered me 300 minutes, 300 texts, unlimited internet and blackberry services and the Blackberry Curve 9360 Free for £15 a month for 24 months, I didn't accept yet, but I think it was a really good offer. They said I could call back and get it again, not sure what to do.0

My contract is up tomorrow so I phoned up today to see what they could offer. I'm currently only on a £25 for 300 mins, 300 texts, 3Gig Internet and a booster.
I am after a Samsung Galaxy S II on an 18 month contract and they could could keep me on my current tariff and sell me the phone for £60. This was supposedly from the retentions team despite me going through to upgrades. I guess it's an OK deal considering my low monthly spend that I rarely go over but any new customer can get that from a re-seller pretty much.
Do you have to be on a reasonably high monthly line rental for you to get deals like the ones mentioned in the past few pages?
E.g.
- Free Galaxy S II, 300 mins, unlimited texts, 3Gig Internet for 18 months for £23 a month or
- Free Galaxy S II, 600 mins, 500 texts, 3Gig Internet, flex booster for 18 months for £25 a month or
- £20 for Galaxy S II, 600 mins, 500 texts, 3Gig Internet, flex booster, for 18 months for £25
As one of those would be much more preferable. No call from retentions though as I asked for my PAC in the end.0
