T-Mobile Retentions

Hello, I currently have the HTC Desire (rubbish phone). I pay 30 quid a month for
900mins
unlimited texts
3gb of unlimited internet.
So My contract finishes 7th of Oct.
I have seen the Samsung galaxy note, but it is not out yet. So what should i do? Should I wait till it comes out and see if I can get a retentions deal? or should i cancel my contract and get a sim only deal. I saw 3 are doing 2000mins, 5000 texts and unlimited internet for 25 quid a month, monthly sim contract. Saving me £5.
I am not sure if T mobile will even have the Galaxy note.
hmm any ideas of what i should do?0 -
they seem to be a waste of time if your wanting a top end phone, i took my PAC code, the cheeky sod even told me to double check the o2 offer i quoted him as he could not belive, so off to o2 i have gone with the contract i wanted0

My 12 month Sim Only Contract is coming to an end in November, and was told to call in October otherwise the price would go up.
I currently pay £7.66 and recieve,
600 Mins,
500 Texts
3GB Internet
1 Free Booster (Unlimited Texts)
I was wondering how good T-mobile are at upgrades and retentions, and if I can get that same plan again for another 12 months or better?
Thanks in advance!
I'm also on the same deal & my 12 month contract is up on the 12 th Oct 2011
called them yesterday as was offer same deal for another 12 month commitment not sure what to do as yet. have you spoken to t-mobile yet ? and if you have what did they offer0 -
Just called up,
300 minutes, 300 texts, w&w internet, 1 free booster - unlimited land line calls.
24 months, £5 a month. I asked what happened if my Desire broke and she said it's possible to change phones by going back to retentions.0 -
got pac yesterday
rang me today and offered me HTC Sensation or Samsung S2 for £29 a month for 18 months. 600mins 500 txt 3gb W&W+ 1 free booster
Wanted to pay less than that a month so offered to pay some cash up front.
Said £80 up front then £25 a month for 18 months.
That works out more money overall, can't really understand that.
Think i will go for S2 £99 handset then £30 month, 12 month contract with talkmobile. Like the fact of 12 month contract.0 -
New customers can get a free Galaxy S2 for 18 months for £30 a month with 600mins, 500 texts, 500MB internet (plus unlimited web and e-mail booster).... AND £15 auto cashback AND £30 quidco... so sounds like they are basically offering you screw all for being a loyal customer.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A
If you find my posts useful, "pay it forward" and help someone else out, that's how places like MSE can be so successful.0 -
