Ok..i did have 4 lines with T.Mobile....Bills currently at £150 per month
Phoned up yesterday ( as one of my contracts is up for renewal ) and asked about prices for HTC flyer...They would not / could not offer anything other than whats on website...£199 for device and then £25 for data for 24 months..
So i cancelled that line....Thought they would offered a bit more...
The lady also said i had a lot of loyality...( what does that mean )??

Request your PAC and see what offers you get then.0 -
the line that i cancelled still had 3 months to run and therefore i am paying £83 to end it early...
The fact was that they never really offered much anyway....In actual fact offered nothing...

Contract came to an end today, wanted a Defy+ but it's not out yet so ended up with a SIM only until it is. Retentions agreed 300mins 300 texts and 3gb internet for £7.50 which was identical to the contract I came off but at £25 a month inc a Desire.
Checked my account and it shows £10 a month 300mins 300 texts no internet.... rang again, can't connect with retentions, customer services say there is no such deal at £7.50, supervisor looking into it, I feel like they've had me over to keep my business by promising a deal then giving me something else :mad:0 -

When I renewed about 6 months ago mate, they basically said I had £x amount of loyalty.
They didn't sell the phone I wanted so they said I could use my loyalty amount (think it was £200) towards the phone cost in CPW.
My deal was £10 a month with the phone being £300. After my £200 loyalty the phone cost me £100.
Not sure how it would have worked if I only wanted a cheap phone, presumably the loyalty would have been knocked off the line rental part???
Anyway my GF is ringing to cancel tonight so will see what they offer her on either the Samsung Galaxy S2, the HTC Sensation, the LG Optimus 3D or the Moto Atrix....A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

Oh and if you don't mind 24m contracts, you can get a free Moto Atrix for about £12 a month through Quidco at the moment, think it ends tonight though.
EDIT:
Did anyone get one of these? When I went back to get one the link was dead because they had sold out the allocation... Luckily I had the link in my history, went back and used it and luckily it worked and they are honouring it... phew.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

Right, after getting the Moto Atrix deal for my wife (as mentioned above, phone comes today), she rang T-Mobile last night to cancel her old contract.
Speaks to the CS woman who gives it the usual BS about "why are you leaving..." "we'll see if we can beat that deal for you...." and "you have built up a big loyalty bonus with us so we can do you a cheap deal"
She comes back with the offer of the Atrix on the same deal as above 300/300/unlimited + 1 booster for £20 a month... !!!!!!... thats the same deal I can get on the website as a new customer so where the hell is this supposed loyalty bonus going...
And this is on the Atrix, a phone they should be desparate to get rid of....
Seems like T-Mobile aren't bothered about retaining customers at this rate.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

It's time for my upgrade any advice any deals going? I'm currently on £10 a month for 300 minutes, 300 texts, Unlimited Internet and Blackberry Services, it was a 24 month contract and I received no phone for the upgrade, I'm willing to pay £15 a month anyone recommend any deals or what I should ask for?0

Renewed my 2 contracts after a call from retentions.
Got a "free" Samsung Galaxy S2 on 18months - 600mins, 500 texts, 3gb web'n'walk and 1 flexible booster @ £25pm
and
12 month sim only 300 mins, 300 texts, 3gb web'n'walk and 1 flexible booster for £7.50
Had to wait for them to call me though after a PAC request as upgrades were offering me nothing better than what is on the website. Could maybe have got an even better deal but thats what i wanted from the start, to just renew my contracts and get the free handset.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
after failing to realise my ''loyalty discount'' only lasted 12 months meaning bill for 300 mins and 300 texts jumped from £5/month to £15/month tried asking for pac code/asking to transfer to payg and cancelling contract with 30 days notice before finally being offered 300mins/unlimited texts/500mb data and free t-mobile rapport phone for £6/month on 24 month contract - they certainly make you work for any sort of deal!!!!0
