Hey all

right my contract was due for renewal in aug but have held off.

I'm currently on £25PM, 500 free texts and 200 free mins.

I have just started to go over the 500 free texts and it seems since my contract ran out in Aug it has been cut back (positive i had 900 free texts).

I basically wanna get a new phone C905 i think, but wanna try and get something on the contract too, maybe more free texts and rental down to £20pm?

Do you think this would be achievable?

hmm ok, so i phoned them to make an initial enquiry as to what i can get.

They offered me:
£20pm 600 mins and 1000 texts with no phone upgrade

But if i wanted a phone upgrade they wouldn't be able to make any changes to my tarriff and would only offer me a SE 890i or Nokia 6300 FOC, i asked just out of interest how much a C902 would cost and they said £149.99!!!

I told them i wasn't happy and would now look at going to another company as they offer better phones with better benefits for £25pm and they didn't seem to care and just ended the call. What should i do now??!
