How did you get them to give you 1000 sms instead of unlimited. I am due to upgrade next week and if I do i'll lose my 1200 sms which means my phone bills will be a lot more expensive because the texts i have are free to send from abroad and the unlimited ones arn't0 -
Any deal under £20 per month with unlimited text and internet. thanks.0

It is availble on o2 via buymobilephones.net its £30 a month and you can pick up some cashback via quidco (£30) for 300 mins unlimited texts and unlimited internet.
Its a gorgous phone but the battery is a charge every day job.0 -
O2 are not playing these days.

Am currently out of contract on a £45 tariff giving 1200 mins, 1000 texts and unlimited internet. As I had negotiated a 40% discount on this I've been paying £27 per month to date.
After a few disasterous calls to O2 attempting to get an HTC Desire on a similar deal I phoned retentions to get a PAC code. The best deal they could offer me was only £4 off the standard £45 18 mth tariff with unlimited internet. So £41 instead of my current £27!
Not exactly a result eh?

I called O2 been with them for years, very low usage. I think maybe I was offered a pretty good deal when I read some posts.
HTC Desire
£15 for phone - one of fee
£30 per month for 24 month contract (or £35 per month for 18m contract)
Unlimited texts/web access
and either 300 / 600 mins, can't quite remember, but it didn't matter to me as I only use ~200
Thing is I didn't want to pay £30 per month or have a 24 month contract, cos I only pay £15 per month now (with an (now old) SE C902) with 500 mins and 1000 texts which I never use either, was an 18m contract. They were quite astounded at my last deal, I do like to try and push it though!
Should I just go for it?0
