My contract with 02 at CPW finishes on 5th February. I had it free for the last three years. This year they have made no effort to keep me. They told me to write to disconnections and that will be the end of my contract. They said they would rather lose me as a customer rather than let me have another twelve month free deal.......0

32GB iPhone 3Gs (Black or White) - FREE
£35/month - 18 Month Contract
FREE Internet & WiFi
FREE Bolt on (O2 to O2, 200 extra mins, or free weekend)
Thanks.
Did you take this offer out, sounds to good to be true!0 -
I am currently on a tariff of £10 month (ends 20 Feb) and get:
200 mins
400 texts
Unlimited Data
Want to upgrade/stay with O2.... Looking at around the same minutes, more texts and unlimited data and within the same price range aswell.
Called O2 and spoke to Retentions [think they should rename them differently!] and offered the SIM deal of:
£20.00
700min
1400text
Unlimited bolt on
Obviously £20 a month more and want to reduce this price and maybe get credit.
Any ideas?0 -

That tariff is their simplicity tariff online, http://shop.o2.co.uk/sim-only-simplicity there appears to be no loyalty discount at all.
No phone with this?0 -

No phone with this?
Nope dont really want a phone - happy with the iPhone I have got (bought it as PAYG and put contract SIM in)
Happy for another 18 month contract that around £10 per month (maybe £15) with similar sort of mins/texts. Prefer more texts; not too worried about the mins0 -
Could you stay on the existing tariff of £10 per month?
How many extra texts would you want? Maybe add a 500 text bolt on for £7.50 (http://www.o2.co.uk/explore/tariffs/boltons/paymonthlyboltons), total per month is then only £17.50.0 -

The £10 deal was an 18 month contact of the £25 offer; they discounted by £15 each month for lotalty0
