just tried but now theyre having technical difficulties :(

Thanks. Ideally that's what I'd like to pay. I might say that my friend has been offered that tariff! Do you have any idea what the tariff is called?

i dont think o2 have tariff names like orange, i just know it was called a 35 per month tariff.

If you get the free phone and the £35 tariff for £30 will you post it on here, likewise i will phone back after 2pm when the difficulties are over and hopefully get it.

    Thanks

100, 2, 2 takes you to the upgrade/cancel department. You then have to say you want to leave and they should put you through to retentions. That's what I've done in the past.

I think it takes you to the same place as 202 does.

Forgot to ask you, was the £30 a month you were originally offered for 18months or 24?
