i dont think o2 have tariff names like orange, i just know it was called a 35 per month tariff.
If you get the free phone and the £35 tariff for £30 will you post it on here, likewise i will phone back after 2pm when the difficulties are over and hopefully get it.

100, 2, 2 takes you to the upgrade/cancel department. You then have to say you want to leave and they should put you through to retentions. That's what I've done in the past.
I think it takes you to the same place as 202 does.
