currently on
400mins
1000txts
o2 to o2
web bolt on
discount of 15pm
no discount , no offers nothing.
what you see in the shop is what's beeing offered.
i-phone usual shpeel no discount etc....
had a right cheeky git yesterday after i complained about not rewarding my loyalty , (been with them from cellnet and 1 yr away to orange) he said " i think we have more than rewarding, c'mon we gave £15pm off for 18mths"
i was raging lol.
might have to go down the pac code road and see if they contact me, if not i'll put it on sim only/pay as u go and wait till january too see if vodaphone have a price battle for the i=phone, then the rest will follow suit.0 -

Well i can assure you i have this.Doublechecked tonight by phoning them and it was confirmed
Obviously didn't want to lose a customer who has been paying on average £70 a month for the last 18 months.
The DS Lite was a added bonus and will be a extra little xmas present for my daughter.0 -
phoned again
no deals on iphone
asked for blackberry and cheapest deal could be discounted to £25 but with no blackberry data bundle, which is just pointless and would be another £10 on top of that.
tried to palm me off with rubbish phones
just asked for PAC code , and will be sent out this evening , then she said if i decide to renew with o2 i can get a discount on home broadband for being a LOYAL customer, bloody cheek !!!! I want a discount on my phone!!!!0 -

I got put through to the retentions line and got offered...
24month contract
Samsung Genio Touch
100min
Unlimited Txts
Unlimited Internet (via a 7.50 bolt on)
21.87/month (including the bolt on)
Cant help but feel I can get better than this. I'm not too fussed about the phone, I would prefer to have an older / cheaper / reliable phone, my main interest is a few minutes (1/200 is fine) sufficient txts (400 is plenty) and free internet.
Any suggestions??0 -

If you are not bothered about the phone, sign yourself up to O2's simplicity SIM only tarriffs. Theres £100 cashback via quidco as well if you want to sign to a 12 month contract. Also, Voda are currently doing a sim only promotion 900 mins/unlimited landline/unlimited text for £12.50 or 700 mins/250 texts for £10. Only problem is its 24 month contract and u dont get a phone and you can only get it by calling them up directly (as far as I know).
Then buy a PAYG phone from Carphone Warehouse/E2save/Mobiles.co.uk .... all their PAYG stock is unlocked and you can get some really good phones for not much more than 40-50 quid.0 -
The more I'm looking around at phones the more I want a nice one!
I was looking at the Blackberry Bolt 9700 on mobiles.co.uk and could get it with Vodaphone on the following deal...
"Blackberry 300 + Mobile Internet (24 months)": 300 minutes + Unlimited Texts with Mobile Internet and Vodafone Passport,
So after fter redemption, which I've used perfectly fine in the past, it comes to £23/month.
Does this seem like a good deal? Could I get it cheaper from O2 if I phoned them up again and quoted that price?0
