I just switched to Simplicity because those tariffs with their unlimited O2 calls or choice of bolt-on if you are on a tariff greater than £20+ a month, are very good value. I've decided that I'll keep my Nokia 6500 Slide and just save £15 a month.0

I was on Simplicity £20 a month deal 02/2008 till 05/2009 400 mins then they upped to 600 mins plus unlimited O2 - O2 suits me as the Mrs plus friends are on O2. Via retentions got what I consider a good deal still £19.57 monthly same mins and O2/O2 but refurb Blackberry Bold and unlimited web/email - so am tied for 18 months not 30 days, but been with O2 for 4 years and they seem like the best of a bad bunch - Orange before were a nightmare.0 -
has anybody got any decent retention offers over the last few days? when my wife rang to say she wanted to cancel all they could offer was a £5 discount as the guy said they werent allowed to give decent retention deals anymore??0

Just been offered current iphone 8GB on 18 months - 600 mins 1000 texts plus unlimited web bolt on for £24.50 a month plus £45 for handset. Any good??0

as the poster above commented ... are you serious? AFAIK O2 dont offer any retention deals on the Iphone. How much is your monthly spend? Are you going via any Staff discount at all?0 -
o2 don't offer a retentions deal at all on the Iphone.
Sounds like a staff discount to me at 30% or just smelly pants.Handset wouldn't be £45 either, would be £96.89 because you can't discount it, even for staff.
