Im new to ebay though, so will it affect me in any way?!?!?!0

Just called o2 and asked about the Samsung Pixon and Blackberry Bold. Was offered:
1200 mins
2000 text messages
Unlimited internet bolt on (or Blackberry bolt on, if going for the Bold)
£30/month on an 18 month contract, instead of £45
Currently have 800 mins, 2400 text messages, unlimited internet bolt on and a N95 8GB and am paying £25 instead of £40. Average bill (after discount) has been £32.
The lady in retentions told me she could only offer me a discount on a tariff of £30 or more - which only gives the £45 one mentioned above. Has anybody else heard this? I think I will be shopping around a little more and calling again...
OK - have looked around a bit, called back and they wouldn't budge - PAC will arrive within 48 hours. They did offer me the £20 simplicity deal, but with no discount or anything. Let's see if they get in touch...0 -

It's not tripe, as you call it. The £20 was simply discounted from £35 per month.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

After seeing this thread I decided to call up.
My 12 month contract came to an end in May last year and I couldn't get a good deal so I went on Simplicity. This thread reminded me to give it another go.
I just called '202' and went along the 'thinking of leaving o2' route...
18 months
New Nokia 5800
£35 discounted to £20 if I went for a £15 PAYG Dongle
600 mins
1000 texts
Unlimited Data
Brill!! :T

I got this deal as listed before this morning:
18 months
600 mins xnet
1000 texts
o2-o2 bolt-on
blackberry bolt-on
Blackberry Bold 9000
Pay-as-u-go usb internet (One off £15 charge)
All for £20 per month
Currently on £20 contract and rarely if ever go over.
It is a recond. phone but full warranty (18 months) it is £35 with £15 discount, I could have had the Curve but no O2-O2 bolt on. Still wondering if I should have gone for the Curve, but suppose can change it within the 14 days, it should be here tomorrow.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
Im going to also get the Blackberry curve, but does anyone think there would be a way of me not having the Blackberry bolt on, but have the internet bolt on?!
would there be a weay for me to talk around it?!0 -
Just got the £20/month Blackberry Curve, 600 mins, 1000 texts unlimited blackberry, phoned retentions for PAC quoting an Orange cashback offer which was £23 and they offered the better deal straight away. This was from having been on £15 simplicity for 14 months and occasionally going over the free minutes, had been on 35/month before that. I wasn't expecting much having spent less than £3/month for 12 of the last 14 months.
A new Blackberry Bold was £50 extra for the same deal new which doesn't justify the difference in eBay price if you are reselling which I probably will seeing as I can use the free internet with my old Pearl.0 -
Thanks Rhig...
I just now quoted the exact same offer and got;
18 months
600 mins xnet
1000 texts
blackberry bolt-on
Blackberry Curve 8900
£20 per month
I am happy as I have been paying £35 for less minutes and texts0
