With the rentention deals, they are for the full 18 or 24 months - is that correct?
For example.. the cheapest option they do is £10pm 200mins 400 texts this is £10 for the full contract length?

I am currently on a 12 month contract which ends 28th April, however i dont know whether to extend to a 18 month contract.. not sure if i want a phone for that long.
And if i do get a new phone, i dont know what to get.. as i like the SE c902, c905, and LG Renoir... however two of them are quite chunky... but the reviews are good!.

    not sure what to do.....

Yea I'd imagine so. I wasted a whole week phoning them about it. They all had the same story. If you want the N96 for less than £45 a month, just leave. Vodafone have it for £35 I think but you can get it on O2 for £30 if you go down the cashback route.

Is anyone getting the Tocco Ultra with 200 mins and 400 texts for £20 per month?

My wife was today offered 200mins, 400txts, unlimited O2-O2 for £10p.m on 18 month contract. £150 credit in lieu of handset. Makes it £30 for 18 months or £1.67 per month. Seems pretty reasonable.

I rang and got offered this:
    Nokia E71
    600mins
    1000text
    Web-Bolt on
    =£20

Quite happy with that deal. I think thats pretty standard too. The guy on the phone was REALLY helpful, I have to wait 20ish days or so because I am in my 19month, and on a Simplicity line, so have to wait till the end of 30days to upgrade.

Basically, if you do your research, and state "I want X, Y with Z" they should give it (the person on the phone said next time you ring, state what I said to you).

Hi, I am due for upgrade this month.
    I'm currently getting:
150 minutes, 750 texts for £15 per month.
I don't tend to go over these so don't need any more but would like free o2 to o2 calls.
What similar deals are available at the moment? Is it reasonable to ask for this at £10 p/m? I don't need a new phone.
Also, what other deals have people been stating to get the £10 p/m offers?

    Thanks for any replies!

My wife mentioned the Virgin £8.50 deal, which IIRC is 100mins and 100txts and includes a phone, but I don't think she necessarily needed to. She was first offered 600 mins/1000txts for £15 but she said that was still too much so they offered her the deal as posted above. i.e. 200mins/400txts unlimited O2-O2 and £150 credit for £10 per month.

Dial 202 from your mobile and choose the cancellation option I think.

I am quite new to this, so what kind of deals can I get? Is this deal from mobiles.co.uk too good to be true? If I go on there directly, the only one I can find is £30 a month with a free phone and 13 months half price (Which I would be prepared to pay).

    Thanks in advance!

I saw a £15 per month deal with 100 minutes and unlimited texts plus the samsung Pixon £50 on a 24 month contract from mobiles.co.uk and when I called retentions to ask if they could match this I was told no they could not as it was a third party agreement. I said I wasn't happy that they couldn't match the offer and after a couple of minutes and the guy going off to speak to a supervisor I managed to get:-
    600minutes
    1000texts
    Unlimited web bolt on
    Samsung Pixon
all for £20 per month :)

I hope you manage to get the deal you are after
