Yeah, like do you get better deals a month before it expires0

I think what they want to know is whether or not they'll give you the full pot that they would be willing to spend on you, 3 months early. In my case, they wouldn't give me anything before the end of my contract. So I have to wait 3 weeks.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

As far as I know (I don't work on retentions) they can only produce a proper budget once you're in the last month.
If you look at it, they're there to retain you when you come to the end of your contract, although o2 allow you to upgrade 3 months early you're still in contract till month 18, you can't cancel at month 15 without getting term fee's.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Can anyone upgrade at month 15 on an 18 month, or you referring to the gold members?0 -

I assume it's just gold members. I'm silver, and I can only upgrade 1 month early. It's important to note though that I can't get a retention deal until the full 18 months, and I assume its the same for everybody.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

i thought everyone could upgrade 1 month early, since thats enough time to give your 30 day notice right?
Plus what types of account types are there?
platinum
gold
silver
Assume: bronze?
and how can you find out?0 -

Platinum for over £75 per month spenders (6 month early upgrade, platinum account manager and other benefits)
Gold for over £50 (3 month early upgrade)
Silver for over £35 (30 day early upgrade)
Blue for any less (30 day upgrade)
More details here http://www.o2blueroom.co.uk/O2PriorityList/ you can find out which one you're on by phoning 202 and asking. You might not be categorised yet though as its still rolling out, if not you'll either be select or not.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Everybody will be able to upgrade 1 month early as far as I'm aware but that's different to getting a retention deal. With the upgrade, You would continue to pay the same amount per month, whereas with a retention deal, you've got a chance of reducing it a bit. I was told that retention deals are not available until the last day of the contract.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -
